I help high achieving women break cycles of anxiety, trauma and overwhelm and make cycles of healing, resiliency and growth through therapy, EMDR intensives, coaching, and holistic wellness services.

Tamoya Bell, LMHC Tamoya supports individuals navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions with a grounded, strengths-based approach. She creates a supportive space for clients to process their experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing and stability.
