Do you accept my insurance? At Healing Insight LLC, we understand the significance of affordable therapy. We accept insurance from a range of providers. Our Intake team is committed to helping you navigate the insurance process. We recommend contacting our office or checking our website for a list of accepted insurance plans. If we don’t accept your insurance, we can discuss other options, such as out-of-network benefits, self-payment, and partially funded therapy through one of our partners, to ensure you can still access the care you need. What can I expect in my first therapy session? Your first therapy session is an opportunity to establish a connection with your therapist and share your concerns, goals, and expectations. During the first session, you will review intake documents you completed (consent forms, symptom screening tools, and a questionnaires). It’s a collaborative process where your therapist will gather information about your background, explore your current challenges, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. This session sets the foundation for a trusting therapeutic relationship.

What if I don’t feel comfortable with my therapist or feel it’s not a good fit? A strong therapeutic relationship is probably the most important factor when it comes to success in therapy.
