I use a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach that combines mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal skills. You'll learn to recognize, accept, and mange emotions in the moment, rather than trying to push them away. I also help you improve communication at work, home, and most importantly, with your self.
