Description
In this This 1 hr virtual experience we will:
- Create space to be present with all the complicated feelings that come with this day.
- Explore Self-nurturing and Community Care as medicine
- Provide community support as you release what no longer serves you and orient towards getting whatever it is you need: From space to grieve to space to celebrate, connect, affirm all that you are.
- We will draw on various healing practices including… breath work, mindfulness, journaling, community sharing, and/or sound healing (based on the needs of the group)
