Existential-Psychoanalytic therapy: It's like shining a light on hidden pathways in your mind. We'll uncover deeper thoughts and feelings that might be affecting your well-being. It's like solving a puzzle, understanding how past experiences shape your present emotions. Alongside this, we'll use proven strategies like relaxation techniques, challenging negative thoughts, and developing coping skills to address your specific struggles. By working together, we'll uncover insights, provide practical tools, and support you in finding relief and improved mental health. Racial, Cultural, and Identity Exploration: Navigating the complexities of intersectionality and helping you embrace your diverse identities while exploring their impact on mental well-being. Trauma-Informed Care: Supporting your healing journey through trauma-informed approaches, such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Holistic Well-being: In addition to traditional therapy approaches, I believe in the power of nature and holistic remedies to promote mental well-being. Drawing from my background as an Ethnobotanical Research Writer, I incorporate the wisdom of natural and holistic remedies into our work. Together, we will explore how reconnecting with nature can be a transformative tool for your healing journey. Take the first step towards a more resourced and mentally well life with Therapy. Together, we will create a safe and affirming space where you can explore challenges, embrace identities, and cultivate empowerment.
