About Me
My passion for helping others began in high school, where I felt a calling to serve those in need. After earning my Master's in Clinical Social Work from FIU, I’ve spent over 17 years working with diverse populations, including immigrant families, children, and adults. I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist, specializing in helping clients find peace through mind-body healing, with a focus on anxiety, medical conditions, and the brain-gut connection.
Identities I'd like to share
I am a proud Hispanic therapist, fluent in Spanish, with a deep understanding of the immigrant experience.
My Story
As an immigrant myself, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, language, and lifestyle. This personal experience has shaped my approach to therapy, where I focus on supporting clients in navigating the stresses of life while honoring their unique backgrounds. My journey into therapy is driven by a passion for helping others find peace and empowerment, especially through hypnotherapy and holistic practices.
