Welcome!
Hey there! Are you a Gen Z or Millennial who feels like you don’t quite fit in, especially within marginalized communities? Maybe you’re struggling to find your voice or a place where you truly belong. I get it, and I’m here to help you navigate these challenges.
Being a cycle breaker can complicate feelings of belonging and identity exploration. When you’re the one challenging generational patterns, it can feel isolating, as if you’re straddling two worlds. This can lead to suffering that often shows up as symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or even exacerbate ADHD. It’s a tough journey, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with folks dealing with these exact struggles, helping them transform their experiences into strengths. My approach is all about building self-advocacy and confidence, so you can embrace your true self and navigate the complexities of your identity. Whether you’re figuring out who you are, searching for meaning, or just trying to make sense of it all, I’m here to support you.
While I welcome anyone who feels like they don’t fit in, I’m especially equipped to support those who are neurospicy, gender non-conforming, and BIPOC. If you don’t see yourself reflected in the mainstream, I’m your person. Together, we can work on breaking down barriers, understanding your unique experiences, and empowering you to live authentically.
Ready to find your voice and your place? Let’s do this together. Your story matters, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.

My Story
Growing up in an African American household I saw the stigma that surrounded mental health. Individuals who were often struggling with mental health or substance abuse were often labeled “crazy” or judged for their struggles. It was also often mentioned that “what goes on in this house stays in this house.” As I grew older I realized that these individuals had different traumas and challenges that contributed to their mental disorders. I didn’t want the individuals in my generation and those to come after me to ever be faced with this stigma. I always knew I wanted to help people.
However, I never knew my calling would be to be a Therapist. I fell in love with the idea of counseling for the first time in 8th grade when I joined Peer Counseling. It left such an amazing impact on me to be able to give those a listening ear as well as help those in the communities who may be going through different challenges. As I continued my education, my passion for helping others never changed. Throughout my career, I have been honored to meet some amazing people and help them through their struggles. While working primarily in Black and Brown communities I have noticed a need for quality therapy. My mission is to continue to change the stigma of mental health through education and therapy.
