If you feel like you’ve been suffering in silence, stuck in feelings of unworthiness or rejection, I’m here to help. Together, we can create a safe space where you’ll learn to release those burdens and rebuild your self-worth.
My Approach to Wellness
My approach to wellness is faith-centered, rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices to guide my clients through transforming negative thought patterns and addressing anxiety, depression, and unresolved trauma. Additionally, I incorporate holistic methods, encouraging practices such as prayer, meditation, and grounding in nature to restore balance and peace.

About Me
I’m a Christian counselor and mental health therapist with a passion for helping people who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. My personal journey has equipped me with the empathy and understanding needed to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their healing journeys. I’m also a mother of three children, two of whom have autism, so I understand the unique challenges parents face, especially when supporting children with developmental needs.
Identities I'd like to share
I identify as a Puerto Rican, Christian woman, and I believe that my faith and cultural background inform the way I approach therapy. My own experiences of resilience and growth deeply shape the support I offer to my clients.
My Story
My journey into therapy began with my own battles with depression and anxiety during my teenage years. With the support of a wonderful therapist, I saw how transformative therapy could be. That experience led me to want to help others, just as I had been helped. After years of working through my own struggles and raising my family, I pursued my Master’s degree and now work with individuals who are ready to break free from the weight of their past. I believe that every challenge is an opportunity for growth, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients discover that for themselves.
