Is this you?
You may be a mother struggling with the identity shifts that come with motherhood, feeling overwhelmed by expectations and guilt. If you feel disconnected from your body, your family, your emotions, or your sense of self, I offer therapeutic support to help reconnect—with yourself, with others, you reconnect and with the whole. Together, we can cultivate mindful habits, emotional healing, and a meaningful path forward that honors your unique journey and cultural heritage.

About Me
I began my career in Puerto Rico, earning a PhD in Organizational Psychology and completing clinical work in maternal health. My journey to therapy started after my own difficult experience with motherhood, where I discovered a deep passion for helping women heal from traumatic birth experiences and generational trauma. Since then, I’ve been committed to providing culturally competent, trauma-informed care to women, mothers, and families, helping them navigate the complexities of life transitions, cultural identity, and emotional healing.
Identities I'd like to share
Puerto Rican, Bilingual (Spanish & English), Mother, Trauma Survivor
My Story
As a first-generation college graduate from a humble background, I understand the pressure to succeed while navigating complex emotional and cultural experiences. Becoming a mother unexpectedly transformed my life and led me to search for healing in ways that were not available to me. This experience fueled my passion for supporting others, particularly women and mothers, as they navigate their own healing journeys.
