I am here to help you reclaim your balance, navigate your emotional landscape, and start putting yourself first without guilt.
My Approach to Wellness
My approach is client-centered and culturally informed, with an emphasis on helping you heal from the inside out. About Me
I became a therapist after a long journey through education, military life, and personal growth. My experiences as a mother of a child with ADHD, navigating divorce, and working with families in crisis all led me to social work. My goal is to help others avoid some of the hardships I faced by providing support, guidance, and tools for emotional healing.

My Story
As a mother and ex-partner to a military veteran , my life has been full of transitions. From navigating the challenges of military life to becoming a single parent, I’ve seen firsthand the struggles that women and families can face. I’ve worked in settings ranging from special education to social services, and now I’m committed to using my experiences to support others in their healing journeys. My passion for this work stems from my desire to make a difference in the lives of those who feel isolated or overwhelmed by their circumstances.
