Is this you?
You may be a mother struggling with the identity shifts that come with motherhood, feeling overwhelmed by expectations and guilt. Or you could be navigating the emotional complexities of immigration, adjusting to a new culture while carrying unresolved trauma from your past. Perhaps you’re moving through divorce, grief, menopause, or another significant life transition. If you feel disconnected from your body, your family, your emotions, or your sense of self, I offer therapeutic support to help reconnect—with yourself, with others, you reconnect and with the whole. Together, we can cultivate mindful habits, emotional healing, and a meaningful path forward that honors your unique journey and cultural heritage.
My Approach to Wellness
My approach is rooted in understanding the cultural and familial influences that shape my clients’ experiences. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and mindfulness to help clients connect with their bodies and minds and navigate their emotional landscapes. Whether working through trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I provide a space of deep respect and validation where clients feel seen and empowered.
What are 5 words clients use to describe you?
Compassionate, intuitive, grounded, culturally attuned, non-judgmental
I Specialize in working with people who...
I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating intergenerational trauma, life transitions, and cultural adaptation, particularly mothers and women of color. I also support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and prenatal/postpartum challenges.
How would you describe therapy to someone who has never been to therapy before?
Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space where you are free to express your emotions, fears, and thoughts. It’s a journey of self-discovery and healing. I guide clients by helping them set goals and navigate the ups and downs of their emotional journey. Think of it as creating a roadmap for your healing—together, we’ll identify where you want to go and develop the steps to get there.
What holistic practices do you incorporate into session?
I incorporate healing sounds, somatic movements, breathwork, brain-spotting, flash therapy, and mindfulness practices. I also use art therapy techniques like lifeline exercises to help clients express their stories visually and explore their emotions in creative ways.
If someone was on the fence about therapy what would you say to encourage them to get started?
Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and it’s completely understandable to have doubts, fears, or uncertainty about opening up and trusting someone with your story. That hesitation is valid. But if you can connect with even a small part of yourself that knows it’s time for support or guidance, therapy can be a true gift—a safe, compassionate space to begin your healing.
I would gently invite you to ask yourself: What are you hoping to achieve? What might be missing in your life right now?
Therapy offers the opportunity to explore these questions with care and curiosity. It’s not about being told what to do—it’s about learning to identify and honor your own needs in ways that feel supportive, healing, and aligned with who you are. Together, we can uncover your inner strengths and use them to help you move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and purpose.

Since then, I’ve been committed to providing culturally competent, trauma-informed care to women, mothers, and families, helping them navigate the complexities of life transitions, cultural identity, and emotional healing.

My Story
As a first-generation college graduate from a humble background, I understand the pressure to succeed while navigating complex emotional and cultural experiences. Becoming a mother unexpectedly transformed my life and led me to search for healing in ways that were not available to me. This experience fueled my passion for supporting others, particularly women and mothers, as they navigate their own healing journeys.
