Is this you?

You’re a single mom, balancing everything on your own, but deep down, you feel exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed. You’re yearning for peace, but the constant demands of life, combined with your past experiences, make it hard to breathe. If you’re seeking relief, support, and a space to finally focus on your own healing, I’m here to help guide you. Together, we can explore your inner strength, heal old wounds, and create new patterns of balance and well-being.

My Approach to Wellness

My approach to wellness is holistic and trauma-informed, emphasizing mind-body integration. I blend traditional evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR with holistic modalities such as mindfulness, yoga, and dancing mindfulness. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, providing a safe space where they can unpack their trauma, find inner peace, and rediscover their worth. Whether you’re healing from childhood trauma, managing anxiety, or navigating stress as a single mom, my goal is to support your journey toward long-lasting wellness.

What are 5 words clients use to describe you?

How would you describe therapy to someone who has never been to therapy before?

Therapy is like allowing someone to walk into your life and be a compassionate companion on your journey toward personal growth. It’s a space where you are guided and supported, not judged or directed. You’re in control, and therapy simply helps illuminate the path.

What holistic practices do you incorporate into session?

  • Yoga (including Chair Yoga)
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Dancing Mindfulness
  • Somatic Practices (using the body to process trauma)

Spirituality Conversations (for those seeking faith-based discussions)

If someone was on the fence about therapy what would you say to encourage them to get started?

Therapy is a process where you can dip your toe in as much or as little as feels comfortable. You are in control of the depth and pace of the journey. We can focus on small steps, and as you see the benefits, you can choose to go deeper into your healing.

About Me

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and my experiences growing up in a family impacted by addiction and mental health challenges shaped my passion for providing holistic, affirming mental health care. As an adopted child, I always had a strong sense of curiosity about the people around me, especially those affected by trauma or hardship. These early insights into the human condition inspired me to become a therapist who empowers others to heal from intergenerational trauma, manage anxiety, and reclaim their worth. My goal is to co-create healing spaces that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and welcoming to all identities.

My Story

As someone who has navigated personal and familial challenges, including the impacts of trauma, substance use, and intergenerational pain, I know firsthand how daunting the healing process can feel. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others break free from cycles of trauma and create new paths toward growth and wellness. Being part of a family that values hard work and community upliftment, I feel a deep responsibility to continue that legacy by offering therapeutic services that honor each client’s unique cultural and personal journey. My work with marginalized communities—both in Puerto Rico and here in the U.S.—has shown me the power of resilience and the importance of safe, supportive spaces for healing.
